Our OPUS Polymer (PVC) shutters are made from a high-quality, water-resistant engineered polymer using 100% virgin powder from Taiwan—not recycled pellets like many others on the market. Why does that matter? Because it means you get cleaner, stronger, and more durable shutters that are built to handle Australia’s harsh climate, including extreme heat.
Every OPUS panel is built with co-extruded metal reinforcements inside for extra strength and stability. Frames are put together using tough nylon keys and metal screws, so they won’t warp, sag, crack, or split—even years down the line. That’s why we confidently back them with our Lifetime Warranty.
PAINTED TO PERFECTION – EVERY TIME
Lots of factories buy their materials from third parties, often made with cheaper, recycled plastics. Not us. Our large-scale factory extrudes the raw material in-house, giving us full control over quality every step of the way. The result? A tougher, longer-lasting shutter you can count on.
Where other factories hand-paint shutters in open-air conditions (leaving results up to the weather or whoever’s on the job), we do it differently. Our painting process is fully machine-controlled in a clean, enclosed environment, which gives a consistent, smooth finish every time. We use low-VOC, water-based paint with built-in UV protection, and every piece is baked on for durability—no chipping, no fading.
After painting, each part is cured for 48 hours in heated rooms and then wrapped in protective film. That film stays on until final assembly, meaning your shutters stay flawless right through to installation.
OPUS shutters come in a wide range of styles—from sleek flat stiles to classic beaded frames, with 9 modern paint colours to choose from. You can also pick your louvre size: 64mm, 89mm, or 114mm—and they close both upwards and downwards thanks to our clever Euro-close rail system, giving you total control over light and airflow.
